（個人情報保護方針）Privacy policy

済海商事株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、お客様の個人情報を適切に取り扱うことを重要な責務と考え、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます）その他の関係法令およびガイドラインを遵守し、以下のとおり個人情報を取り扱います。Saikai Shouji Co., Ltd. ("we") treats the proper handling of personal information as an important responsibility. We comply with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the "Act") and related laws and guidelines, and handle personal information as set out below.

当社は、次の場合に、必要な範囲で個人情報を取得します。We collect personal information only as far as needed, in the following cases.

• メール、電話、面談、名刺交換等によるお問い合わせやお取引の際：お名前、会社名、部署・役職、連絡先などWhen you contact or deal with us by email, phone, meeting or exchange of business cards: your name, company, department and title, and contact details
• ご依頼いただいた業務の遂行に必要な情報Information needed to carry out work you have asked us to do

03利用目的How we use it

1. お問い合わせへの回答およびご連絡のためTo answer your enquiries and contact you
2. お見積り、ご提案、契約の締結および履行のためTo prepare quotes and proposals, and to enter into and perform contracts
3. ご依頼いただいた業務（コンサルティング、調査・データ分析等）の遂行のためTo carry out work you have asked us to do, such as consulting, research and data analysis
4. 業務に関するご案内・ご連絡のためTo send you information and notices about our work
5. 法令に基づく対応のためTo meet our legal obligations

法令で認められる場合を除き、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく、上記の利用目的の範囲を超えて個人情報を取り扱いません。Except where the law allows, we will not use personal information beyond these purposes without your prior consent.

04第三者への提供Sharing with third parties

当社は、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要であってご本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合など、個人情報保護法で認められる場合を除き、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。We do not give personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except where the Act permits it, for example where required by law, or where it is needed to protect a person's life, body or property and your consent is difficult to obtain.

05業務の委託Outsourcing

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、個人情報の取り扱いの全部または一部を外部に委託することがあります。この場合、委託先を適切に選定し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。We may outsource some or all handling of personal information as needed for these purposes. When we do, we choose providers carefully and supervise them appropriately.

06外国の事業者のサービスの利用Services provided from outside Japan

当社は、ウェブサイトの公開、お問い合わせフォーム、電子メール等に、外国の事業者が提供するクラウドサービスを利用しています。We use cloud services provided by companies outside Japan for our website, enquiry form and email.

当社は、これらの事業者が所在する国の個人情報の保護に関する制度を把握したうえで、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。We take appropriate security measures after checking the personal information protection rules of the countries where these companies are based.

当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、次の措置を講じます。To prevent leaks, loss or damage and to keep personal information secure, we take the following measures.

• 組織的安全管理措置：個人情報の取り扱いに関する責任者を定め、取り扱いの状況を確認します。Organisational: we appoint a person responsible for personal information and check how it is handled.
• 人的安全管理措置：従業者に対し、個人情報の適正な取り扱いについて周知・教育を行います。Personnel: we train staff in the proper handling of personal information.
• 物理的安全管理措置：個人情報を扱う機器や書類の盗難・紛失を防ぐ措置を講じます。Physical: we protect devices and documents containing personal information from theft and loss.
• 技術的安全管理措置：アクセス制御を行い、不正アクセス等から保護します。Technical: we control access and protect against unauthorised access.
• 外的環境の把握：外国で個人情報を取り扱う場合は、当該国の個人情報保護制度を把握したうえで措置を講じます。Overseas environment: where personal information is handled abroad, we check that country's rules before acting.

08開示等のご請求Your rights

ご本人から、保有個人データの利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止・消去、第三者への提供の停止、または第三者提供記録の開示のご請求があった場合は、ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従い遅滞なく対応します。ご請求は下記の窓口までご連絡ください。You may ask us to tell you the purpose of use, disclose, correct, add to or delete, stop using or erase, or stop sharing the personal data we hold about you, or to disclose records of sharing with third parties. We will confirm your identity and respond without delay in line with the law. Please contact us at the address below.

09Cookie・アクセスログ等についてCookies and access logs

• 当社ウェブサイトは、Squarespace, Inc.のサービスを利用して運営しています。同社は、ウェブサイトの表示、安全の確保、アクセス状況の集計のため、Cookie等を使用し、アクセスログ（IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、閲覧したページ、日時など）を記録します。Our website runs on Squarespace, Inc.'s service. Squarespace uses cookies and similar technologies, and records access logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time of access and so on), to display the site, keep it secure and count visits.
• 当社は、これらの集計結果を、個人を特定しない形でウェブサイトの改善に利用することがあります。We may use these visit statistics, in a form that does not identify individuals, to improve the website.
• Cookieはブラウザの設定により無効にできますが、その場合、ウェブサイトの一部の機能が利用できなくなることがあります。You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may then not work.
